By using this site you accept these terms. If you don't, don't use it.

Information about what Aria Labs does and an invitation to talk to us. It is not an offer, a quote, a contract, or a promise of any particular result.

Parts of this site describe capabilities we intend to build. Where the site says we are still building something, that is a statement of intent, not of availability. Plans change. Nothing here commits us to building anything, on any timeline, and nothing there should be relied on when you make a decision.

Any figures shown in charts or examples are illustrative unless the page states otherwise, including the date the figure was produced and how many events it is based on. Illustrative figures are not forecasts for any artist, market or event.

Nothing on this site is professional, financial, legal or commercial advice. Any analysis we later produce for you is a decision aid, not a decision, and it does not replace your own judgement or your team's.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we may change or remove any of it without notice.

Sending the form on this site starts a conversation. It doesn't create any engagement, obligation or relationship between us, and it doesn't oblige us to reply, take you on, or keep anything you send confidential unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

If we do work together, a separate written agreement governs it — typically a non-disclosure agreement and a data use agreement signed before any data moves. Those documents control. Where they conflict with these terms, they win.

Please don't send us confidential information, artist data or anything sensitive through the website form. Tell us it exists and we'll set up a proper channel and paperwork first.

The content, design, code, wordmark and logo of this site belong to Aria Labs or are used under licence. The typefaces — Archivo, Space Mono and Instrument Serif — are used under the SIL Open Font Licence.

You may read, link to and quote this site with attribution. You may not copy the design or use our name, logo or brand assets to suggest an endorsement, partnership or association that doesn't exist, or pass our material off as your own.

Artist names, venue names, festival names and third-party trademarks mentioned anywhere on this site belong to their owners. Mentioning them is not a claim of partnership.

We link to our ambassador program pages and to our social profiles. We're responsible for what's on our own domains. We're not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of anyone else's.

Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape at volume, or gain unauthorised access to the site or anything behind it. Don't submit anyone else's personal data through the form without their knowledge. Don't use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost opportunity arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under Romanian and EU consumer law are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date at the top.

Romanian law applies. The courts of Bucharest, Romania have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights a consumer has to bring proceedings in their own country of residence.
